• Packages to Spain normally arrive within 1-3 days from the date we confirm the order

    • Packages to Europe normally arrive within 1-5 days from the date we confirm the order

    • Packages to rest of the world normally arrive within 3-10 days from the date we confirm the order

    • Items are shipped from our warehouse in Spain

    • Diarte is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery

    • Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Custom duties must be paid by the buyer at the moment of delivery

    • You can return the product within 10 days of delivery

    • The product must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed) with tag

    • To avoid customs charges please mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'. Please also include order number and order date

    • Transport is not refundable

    • There is no charge to exchange items for a different size in case of stock availability

    • Items on sale are not refundable, however you can exchange them

    • Items on outlet are final. They are not refundable and cannot be exchanged

    • Shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you

    • Items exchanged are not refundable. Re-shipment on first exchange is at our own costs. Other shipments are at customers' cost
